The dart-fitted bodice is softly gathered at the center front and at the lower edge of the yoke. The neckline is square and the short sleeves are softly draped and gathered. Front gathers style the four-panel skirt. Style II is trimmed with self-ruffling and a flower at the waist. Style III is the long version of Style I. Full length style calls for "transparent fabric" for the skirt and can be cut from 72" material. The pattern pieces for the long skirt create almost a full circle.
